Ordering & payment
Ordering
... is very simple. We can receive your orders in 3 different ways.
1. In our Webshop - simply order by mouseclick
2. Via email: info@zamkara.com
Write us an email and list, which articles (article number, size, color, amount) you would like to have. Please mention also your requested method of payment. Please do not forget your adress, so we know, where to send the goods.
3. Via telephone: (Germany +49) 08042 - 912 339 Call us and let us know your wishes. If we are not available, please leave your name and contact number on the answering machine, we will call you back!
We are working as fast as possible and normally you receive an order confirmation and invoice within 24 h via email as PDF-file and eventual further informations.

Payment
You can pay in several ways:
Bank transfer (only Germany)
This option is only available within Germany. You order your desired articles and we ship them immediately. While ordering you give us your account no and BLZ, we collect the invoice amount from your account. Safe and hazzle-free.
Credit card via PayPal
When you choose this payment option, we will send you the payment link to PayPal with the order confirmation and invoice. Simply follow this link and you can pay directly from your PayPal-Account or with your credit card. Unfortunately you have to register sometimes a new account and enter quite a lot of data.
Cash on demand (only Germany, add a COD-fee of 7,00 EUR)
You can also pay the postman while delivery of your parcel, everything else is then handeled by DHL. Unfortunately this payment method is quite expensive and we have to bear besides higher posting fees also some handling charges. Therefore we have to charge a COD-fee of 7,- Euro for this way of payment. Cash on demand is also only available in Germany. Please note, that DHL does not accept cheques or cards, please keep sufficient amount of cash available.
Outside Germany: Prepayment per bank transfer
For new customers outside of Germany we deliver in general only after prepayment. We send you after your order an order confirmation and invoice. The payment to our bank account lasts normally only 1 or 2 days within Europe and is free of charge. Immediately after the reception of the money we send you the goods.
The seller has the right, to exclude in individual cases various payment options. All invoices are due to payment immediately after issueing.

Yogateacher
If you are a yogateacher you get a 10 % discount. This discount is valid for most articles, except for already discounted special articles. This offer is also valid for Tai Chi-, Qi Gong-, Reiki- or Pilates teachers, even if you are under training. Please send us your teacher certificate or training confirmation via email to: info@zamkara.com.
While the ordering please also write in the comment field - yogateacher discount - we will then adjust accordingly the invoice. If you are an returning customer, the webshop remembers you and calculates automatically the discounted prices.
