Headcover Tantra

According to the teachings in Kundalini Yoga the crown chakra and the aura around the head should be protected with a cotton headcover. Due to this reason many KY-teachers are wearing a turban. Our headcover is a lightweight, but matching alternative. A headcover is holding the hair together and by many people meditating the gentle pressure on the skull is judged as helpfull and 'focussing'. For the White Tantric *) a white headcover is required.

*) White Tantric

The White Tantric is a group meditation, where men and women are sitting together in long rows as pairs. White clothes and a white headcover are mandatory. Lead by the 'Mahan Tantric', which guides through the exercises and meditations, for several hours, interrupted only by short breaks, meditations are performed. The meditations last normally 31 or 62 minutes.

As the meditations work on the sub-consciousness, it happens very often, that 'stuck' emotions and 'old injuries' are being released in a healing process. Everybody, who has participated in a White Tantric can confirm, that you are leaving as a changed human being.
