Yoga accessoires

Good and practical yoga accessoires are helpful for the daily yoga practise and helps to make the yoga experience nicer, easier and deeper. As very practical yoga accessoir we recommend our yoga timer. Due to cord, magnet or folding stand they are very versatile in use and also very affordable. Mostly we use two timers for the yoga classes - one for the short exercises (eg set to 3 min) and one for the longer relaxation and meditations (eg set to 11 min). So it is possible to change the timings without resetting the timers.

Another practical yoga accessoir is our yoga block made from natural cork. Under guidance of a yoga teacher the use of a yoga block can help to improve the asanas (postures) and practise in a better way. The same aim have our yoga belts, which we offer only with a non-breakable metal buckle. Really a very handy yoga accessoir - for stretching, for holding, for getting into postures - but also to roll and transport the yoga mat.

As yoga is good for the metabolism, it is important to drink sufficient water. Here we have another yoga accessoir, our food-proof alu drinking bottle with our imprinted WoW-Poster (words of wisdom). Get some inspiration and deeper thoughts from this WoW-poster.
