But the first shoulderstand, when the t-shirt slips up to the shoulders or the half lotus seat, when the too tight pants starts to pinch and squeeze, it is time to experience the difference. The material is mostly high-quality cotton with some slight portion of elasthan, which provides very good fitting and flexibility. The designs are relaxed and still fashionable. Some of the ladies tops even have sports bras with removable bust pads. So it is possible to adjust the fitting very easy.
At the small details you can recognize the quality - there are no cord stoppers, there are no metal rivets or eyelets and also no zippers, which could pinch you when you lay on them. Each item is wellthought, it is possible to combine most of the articles and they are so comfortable, that you don't want to change them after the lessons.
